We really want you as our customer! If you find a lower total price ANYWHERE else for ANY of the items on our site, we would love the opportunity to match it. We try to keep our prices as low as possible across our entire product lines, but we might not always be the very cheapest.
However, we promise that we will provide you with the best customer experience possible. Here are some of the ways we provide our customers with the best value:
- We only sell the very latest travel guides. Guide books are perishable products! Buying a cheaper, older edition, will probably cause you more pain than it’s worth when you discover obsolete and incorrect information on your trip.
- We actually stock ALL of our products, and if they’re in stock, they ship out within 24 hours.
So don't just buy from some unknown source to possibly save a few bucks..... give us a chance to match those prices, and consider the advantages of shopping with us.

There may be some ocassions where we can't match the price as there are many factors to consider (for example we may be unable to get stock of a product, or the competing price might be a one-off liquidation sale etc), but no matter what, we'll get right back to you and let you know.
